As a RD&M Coordinator, you will be a key enabler in the Retail Design & Merchandising team. Your primary goal will be to coordinate all ongoing projects between the different departments and stakeholders.

About the role

You will work in the Division Retail Design & Merchandising organization, under the CMO scope. You will have the opportunity to shape the new position of “RD&M Coordinator” involving working closely with your business stakeholders as well as your colleagues.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordination and follow up of projects with retailers, Marketing and CGO (commercial) team
  • Store REFIT/OPENING/CLOSURE coordination
  • Stock management of testers + PLV (HB, suppliers)
  • First point of contact for RD requests (Briefing)
  • Maintenance coordination (Daxium)
  • IO creation/follow-up
  • PO creation/follow-up

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • First (internship) experience in marketing and/or merchandising
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Fluent knowledge of Dutch and/or French and English
