Liberty Global Ventures, our global investment arm, has a portfolio of more than 75 companies and funds across content, technology, and infrastructure, including strategic stakes in ITV, Univision, Plume, Lionsgate, and the Formula E racing series.

What to expect

Our scheme consists of four rotations in three years across a range of areas including:

• Strategy and Operations
• AI & Data Analytics
• Digital & IT
• Cloud & Mobile
• Product and Technology Development
• Cyber Security

During the programme, you will build a core understanding of our strategy and operations across different domains and markets and try on different roles for accelerated growth. You could work as the next AI consultant or as a Technical Transformation Project Manager, leading cross-market initiatives end to end. You could be investigating new technology concepts and articulating their relevance and impact to senior stakeholders. The roles will be varied, some strategic, others more operational, giving you a flavour of different career paths. You will also have the option for an international rotation within our Operating Companies and Ventures.

What we look for

We’re looking for graduates with a results-led approach, who are curious and confident enough to share new ideas. You should have a degree in a STEM-related field, or have experience with data science, tech development, and business analysis. However, most of all, we want to see your passion for technology, your confidence in pushing the boundaries, and your creative approach. Other qualities we would like to see in you include:
