The Markets team combines business improvement, research, and project management to boost revenue, enhance decision-making, and elevate the fan experience. By analysing key performance metrics across all markets, they go beyond the numbers to uncover root causes, trends, and opportunities for growth. This proactive and data-driven approach ensures the company stays ahead of the curve, anticipating changes and solving challenges before they arise.
You will take part in projects that will impact the whole business. For example, one of our next challenges is to help reduce the number of refunds in our platform. Key to this role is the ability to anticipate market changes, identify opportunities, and deliver impactful insights that align with TicketSwap's vision and AI-driven operational strategy.
