Are you looking for an internship at one of Europe’s most exciting companies and meet new people from all over the world? Together with 5 other amazing Interns you will kick off this Internship like one happy family. You will work in Amsterdam, giving you the opportunity to connect with other driven students and make lifelong friendships! This internship will be 100% onsite in our amazing Support Hub in Amsterdam.

Your Mission Should You Choose To Accept It

As our Summer Sales and Community Support Intern you’ll oversee and learn how to convert leads into bookings. Together with your fellow Intern colleagues, you make sure that all our semester rooms are sold out for the new academic year. You will master all the tricks of the trade on anything sales and customer support related; from steering potential student guests in their decision making on the phone, to answering all their questions on WhatsApp. With your enthusiastic student spirit and organizational skills, you'll create a seamless customer experience. You'll maintain clear lines of communication with your team, and potential student guests. You will join the team in our Service Hub department for a period of 5 months starting on the 1st May 2025.

What You'll Do

  • Strive to deliver the best (9+) support/experience for our guests
  • Driving commercial results via various channels such as: telephone, live chat, third parties and e-mails
  • Selling relevant (cross and upsell) TSH services/products
  • Handling (financial) administrative tasks and change requests
  • Sharing guest feedback, insights, and ideas with colleagues

Who You Are

  • You are a student – you must be enrolled in a university!
  • You are studying a relevant bachelor's in hospitality, Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business
  • You are a hospitality-minded with an enthusiastic and open approach, preferably with some Sales or Customer Support/Service background
  • You enjoy receiving and taking responsibility and you can work independently in a fast paced environment
  • You enjoy working and learning in an ambitious, informal and international environment
  • Fluent in English (mandatory). In addition, any of the following languages are a plus: Dutch, French, German, Italian and/or Spanish
  • You are flexible to work during the weekends
  • You are detail oriented
