We’re looking for a Technical Marketing Manager – Swine to drive innovation, shape global strategies, and create real value for our customers worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical strategy for global swine product launches, ensuring scientific rigor and customer relevance.
  • Translate scientific research, market insights, and trends into actionable strategies and compelling value propositions.
  • Collaborate with R&D, regional teams, and global stakeholders to develop go-to-market plans, including product positioning, portfolio management, and tactical recommendations.
  • Act as the technical lead for marketing projects, integrating acquired portfolios and drive global swine innovation pipeline.
  • Provide technical training and support to regional teams, ensuring they deliver impactful customer-facing solutions.
  • Coordinate scientific publications, industry presentations, and other thought leadership initiatives to enhance Trouw Nutrition’s presence in the swine sector.

Key Deliverables:

  • Develop and execute technical marketing plans that align with global growth objectives in swine markets.
  • Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and refine strategies that create value and build loyalty.
  • Train and support local and regional teams, ensuring consistent and effective communication of technical messages.
  • Monitor market trends, customer satisfaction, and portfolio performance to continuously improve strategies.
  • Foster a deep understanding of international swine business dynamics, including market variations, customer preferences, and regional challenges.
  • Fuel the swine innovation pipeline to support the swine long term goals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 5–10 years in technical or marketing roles within the swine production sector, with a proven track record of working directly with customers (e.g., in sales, consulting, or customer support).
  • Global Expertise: Demonstrated understanding of the international swine business, including regional market dynamics, cultural considerations, and global customer needs.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge of swine nutrition, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate complex scientific concepts into clear and impactful marketing content.
  • Attributes: A collaborative, self-motivated professional with a global mindset, excellent project management skills, and the ability to navigate cross-cultural environments.
  • Education: A degree in Agronomy, Animal Nutrition, or Veterinary Medicine is required.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
  • Travel: Flexibility to travel internationally up to 35% of the time.
  • Location: Amersfoort (preferred) or other locations within Europe.
