What You'll Be Doing:

As Financial Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and optimizing our financial processes. Your key responsibilities include:

• Cashflow management & forecasting – ensuring financial stability and predictability.
• Managing VAT and CIT submissions – working closely with the accounting team to ensure compliance.
• Owning the general ledger – overseeing financial accuracy and guiding the accounting team.
• Leading month-end and year-end closings – ensuring smooth financial reporting and audit processes.
• Managing group- and management reporting – providing insights to drive strategic decision-making.
• Driving improvement projects – optimizing purchasing, sales, and reporting processes.

What we’re looking for:

• 4-8 years of experience in finance, accounting, or controlling.
• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong Excel skills – you know your way around complex formulas and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and hands-on mindset – you take ownership!
• Living in the area and available to work mostly from our office.
• Fluent in Dutch and strong English skills – you can communicate effectively in an international environment.
