Salesforce - Senior Developer (Service + Experience Cloud)

As a Salesforce - Senior Developer (Service + Experience Cloud) at our company, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that enhance customer engagement and experience. You will collaborate in an international environment, working closely with other experts to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

What you do

A seasoned Salesforce Senior Developer with an industry experience of minimum 5+ years to work on projects of enterprise grade. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in design, develop, and deploy robust Salesforce solutions using Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. The ideal candidate will create scalable, user-friendly solutions aligned with business needs using both declarative and programmatic capabilities of Salesforce.

  • Service Cloud: New org development (Build) with expertise in configurations and custom development.
  • Experience Cloud: Light maintenance (Run) and implementing V2 of the MVP along with country roll-outs (Build).

Salesforce Certifications:

  • Service Cloud Consultant
  • Experience Cloud Consultant
  • Platform Developer I/II
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Copado).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
  • Knowledge of Einstein Bots and Salesforce AI features.

What we ask for

Service Cloud Development

  • Configure and customize features like Case Management, Service Console, Entitlements, SLAs, Knowledge Base, and Live Agent.
  • Implement Omni-Channel Routing, workflows, and macros for optimized support processes.
  • Automate service processes using Flow, Process Builder, and Apex.
  • Integrate third-party systems for seamless operations (e.g., telephony, chatbots, email-to-case).

Experience Cloud Development

  • Design and develop solutions for customer portals, partner portals, and self-service platforms.
  • Customize templates and build personalized experiences using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.
  • Configure security models, user profiles, roles, and sharing rules for different audiences.
  • Optimize layouts, navigation, and user experiences for seamless access across devices.

General Salesforce Development

  • Build custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Write and maintain custom triggers, classes, and batch processes.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems via APIs (REST/SOAP) and middleware platforms.
  • Perform data migrations, validations, and deduplication using Data Loader, Workbench, or ETL tools.
  • Participate in full lifecycle development, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
