The individual in this role must understand business priorities and translate them into an HR agenda that supports the business as it grows rapidly. The People Business Partner works with business Leaders to identify the needs in areas such as organizational design/development, performance management, employee relations, compensation, career development and leadership development and leadership coaching.

As a People Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in aligning human resources strategies with the business’s core objectives, fostering a culture of high performance, and driving organizational success. You will be a trusted advisor to business leaders, leveraging people data and business insights to influence decision-making, drive talent strategies, and enable sustained growth.

  • Strategic Business Alignment: Gain an in-depth understanding of the business's commercial and operational goals, proactively shaping and designing talent strategies that drive business growth, enhance productivity, and ensure continuity.
  • Organizational Efficiency & Continuous Improvement: Leverage analytics and insights to evaluate team performance, governance structures, and other factors. Identify areas of opportunity and implement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency, boost revenue generation, and achieve cost savings.
  • Executive Partnership & Talent Development: Cultivate strong relationships with business leaders, using data-driven insights to provide coaching and counsel. Partner with them to design and implement leadership development strategies that enhance organizational capabilities and support long-term business success.
  • Talent Pipeline & Succession Planning: Proactively build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline, ensuring the identification of high-potential successors for critical roles. Support the creation of high-performing teams that are agile and equipped to meet future business challenges.
  • Talent Management Accountability: Take ownership of key HR metrics including Talent Acquisition, Training, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Productivity, Workforce Ratios, Employee Turnover, and Vacation Management, ensuring that business objectives are met and sustained.
  • Change Management & Integration Leadership: Lead and manage the due diligence, change management, and integration processes for business unit acquisitions. Ensure smooth transitions and alignment of talent strategies during periods of growth or transformation.
  • Budgeting & Cost Management: Participate actively in the budgeting process and support cost-setting for tenders, with a specific focus on people-related costs. Ensure efficient resource allocation while balancing organizational needs and financial goals.

Requisitos

  • Bachelor's degree in administration, psychology and/or related fields.
  • 3+ years’ of experience as a People Business, Human Resources Business Partner or Human Resources Generalist.
  • Experience using MS Office (ideally being an Excel Subject Matter Expert).
  • Experience processing contractual changes, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Solid understanding of global HR programs including compensation, performance management, organizational structure, legal matters, and leadership development.
  • Deep business acumen to understand, anticipate, and solve business needs.
  • Strong analytical capabilities or prior experience working in analytical functions like compensation or people analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner within and outside of HR and strong written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills
  • Unquestioned integrity with assertiveness, presence, and confidence.
