What you'll be doing

As a Sales Development Representative Intern, you’ll play a key role in growing our impact.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead Generation: Identify potential leads through cold calls, emails, and social media.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess leads based on budget, needs, and timing.
  • Outbound Outreach: Engage with leads via calls, emails, and social platforms.
  • Scheduling Meetings: Arrange calls and demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • CRM Management: Update records and track outreach activities in the CRM system.

What we're looking for

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organised and structured in your work approach
  • Native German speaker (preferably from Germany) and fluent in English (Dutch or French is a plus)
  • Comfortable making cold calls and reaching out to new people
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Being able to commute to our headquarters in The Hague once or twice a week
