We're looking for someone who is highly driven, energetic, and passionate about start-ups. What you will achieve

• You will lead a team of 3 engineers.
• You will define the roadmap in collaboration with the product team.
• You are the owner of the sprint planning and deliver stable and regular releases with your team.
• You follow agile processes in the team.
• You will fully understand every part of our technical infrastructure and services and are able to delegate creating solutions to your team.

Your profile

• You have 4+ years of experience in a similar role, leading engineers.
• You have the capability to code (Java, JavaScript, Spring, Node.js), support engineers but also have high-level thinking about architecture.
• You understand DevOps and are able to maintain a classical Cloud application.
• You have a background in Computer Science and hands-on experience as an engineer.
• You get energy from setting the team up for success and making sure everyone performs 110%.
• Experience in a SaaS start or scale up is a major plus, especially with rapidly scaling teams.
• You are always on track with your projects and have excellent skills in setting up new processes, reviewing work and coordinating the team.
