Are you an experienced HR IT Specialist with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in the compensation module? Join KPMG and help improve our internal digital HR operations, streamlining key compensation processes to contribute to our success.
SAP SuccessFactors Expertise: At least 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, with a strong focus on supporting the compensation module.
Knowledge of Other Modules: Familiarity with other SuccessFactors modules is a plus.
Data Maintenance: Proven ability to manage and work with complex HR data within SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring data integrity and compliance with laws and regulations.
Analytical Problem-Solving Skills: Effectively analyze complex requirements, translate them into SAP SuccessFactors solutions, and resolve complex technical challenges.
Clear Communication Skills: Ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and facilitate training sessions for end users.
You should be available for at least 32 hours a week, preferably 36 or 40 hours.
