The Project Manager Fleet Master Data is responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing projects within the Fleet Excellence organization, with a focus on master data processes. From initial ideation through to completion, you will coordinate teams, systems, and workflows to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the Boels NXT Strategy and objectives.

The Project Manager Fleet Master Data is responsible for planning, managing, and executing key projects within the Fleet Excellence organization, with a primary focus on optimizing and safeguarding master data processes and governance. From initial ideation through to successful completion, you will coordinate people, systems, and workflows to deliver projects aligned with the Boels NXT Strategy and objectives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with the desired quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead initiatives to optimize, improve, and safeguard master data processes, procedures, and governance within Fleet Excellence (e.g., SAP material master data, PIM systems, integrations, and improvement projects).
• Define project scope, objectives, roles, and responsibilities tailored to fleet master data operations.
• Develop detailed project plans to schedule key milestones, workstreams, and activities; ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Monitor and track project progress, providing regular reports to management, the project team, and key stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and change management processes, fostering a culture of efficiency and adaptability.
• Ensure effective communication on ongoing projects and maintain strong stakeholder management across departments.

To Succeed in This Role, You Should Have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional certifications in project management (e.g., Lean Six Sigma or PRINCE2) are advantageous.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience, ideally in an international environment with a focus on project management, business consultancy, or master data management.
• Proven experience with SAP material master data and PIM systems.
• A track record of developing and improving processes, procedures, and governance structures.
• A customer-focused mindset with an emphasis on quality and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong financial and business knowledge along with stakeholder management skills
• Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse audiences and cross-functional teams.
