As a Project Manager, you will be broadly responsible for initiating, managing, and successfully completing (NPI and CAPEX) projects within Neways Advanced Applications. The size of the projects typically exceeds 1 million euros and may be company-wide.

What You Bring to the Team

You have a natural overview and the ability to motivate and engage people. You are communicative, critical, solution-oriented, and persuasive. In short, you are a Project Manager with several years of experience in a project-based technical EMS environment.

Additionally, We Ask For:

• A completed education in a technical, logistics, or business administration field, possibly supplemented with a course in Prince2, IPMA, or similar
• A commercial mindset and strong in maintaining internal and external contacts
• Knowledge and experience in leading projects
• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English

Your Daily Responsibilities

When starting a project, you will establish the foundation by translating customer requirements, budget constraints, and defined scope into a concrete project plan (QLTC). Upon approval from the Project Review Board, you will be responsible for launching, monitoring, and completing the project with a multidisciplinary project team. You will ensure that the (external) customer is kept informed of progress and that any changes or additional specifications are communicated appropriately within the project team and to other stakeholders. On average, you will manage 4 projects that fall within the framework of NPI or CAPEX projects.

Additional Tasks Include:

• Overall project responsibility for timing, budget, resources, quality, and communication;
• Managing escalations within the project;
• Internal and external communication, including customer visits on-site;
• Maintaining accurate project documentation;
• Weekly reporting of project status to the Project Review Board, consisting of management stakeholders.
