As a Service Delivery Manager, you oversee and manage the delivery of critical security services, including for example Identity & Access Management (IAM), Managed Detection & response (MDR) and Awareness platforms. You will deliver and help to build our security services and play an important role for our BizTech teams by making our organization safe and protecting our organization against cyber attacks. You will work closely with Business Owners, Domain and Solution Architect, Domain Portfolio Manager, IT Delivery teams, other Service Delivery Managers, IT Development & Operations and suppliers. Your daily tasks

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will work with IT owners and BizTech teams who are the primary point of contact for the business within the IT organization for the delivery of IT services. You will deliver and mature existing security services. You will develop and implement new security services. You ensure that security services comply with project requirements and will be delivered accordingly. You will manage suppliers and related contracts including SLA’s for outsourced services. You are the single point of contact for security incidents and E2E responsible for managing and mitigating incidents in collaboration with partners delivering security services.

As Service Delivery Manager, you will be part of the Development & Operations department within Technology and you will report to the Manager IT Security Operations. Your team currently consists of a Product Owner, Solution Architect, Application analyst and an offshore team in India.

You also have the following:

• You have an academic or higher professional education, preferably in (Information) Security or IT
• You have at least 5 years of relevant work experience in information technology and 3+ years as service delivery manager
• You have experience in managing, delivering and developing security services, for example IAM, Security Operations Center (SOC), Awareness platform
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
• Experience with change management and incident handling
• Ability to comprehend business requirements from stakeholders and effectively translate them into functional specifications.
