Marketing Coordinator

(Fulltime, 38 hours per week)

The Marketing Employee works in a wide variety of marketing communications projects and is supporting the Marketing Communications team in delivering on the research, brand and campaign activities within the marketing roadmap. He/she contributes on an executional marketing level. With focus on close relationship and coordination with the other Marketing teams: Social, Content and Digital Marketing as well as our buying divisions and other stakeholders.

This is your daily action

You oversee campaign execution and operations, which means that you support marketing campaigns, the management of shoots (articles, location, models etc) as well as assisting campaign managers on campaign execution and analysis. You will also assist with marketing projects as well as small but impactful marketing activities for example campaigns which are led by you independently. Finally, you contribute to the marketing planning of marketing and commercial activities.

This is you

You are someone with great communication skills and the ability to work with different personalities in a dynamic environment. Next, you demonstrate a high level of pragmatism and approach your work with a hands-on mentality.

In addition:

• You possess a Bachelors degree, preferably in the direction of Marketing, Brand or Communications
• You have a proven experience of 1-3 years in a marketing support role
• You have strong planning and organization skills, can pay close attention to detail and have the ability to manage different projects at the same time in tight timeslots: work effectively and efficiently under tight deadlines
• You have demonstrated experience managing and interpreting market insight into useful information to wider commercial organization
• Excellent command of the English and the Dutch language (written and oral)
