As our Senior Credit Control Executive, you will be responsible for the oversight of a portfolio of accounts. You will support ASICS by being a main point of contact for its customers for all invoice related issues. You will also build strong relationships with business partners to ensure all invoices are paid in full.

How you’ll help us.

Based out of our EMEA Headquarters, just outside of Amsterdam, Netherlands and reporting to the Team Lead Credit Control, as part of the role, you’ll:

• Monitor overdue debtors and identify and action significant collection risk issues.
• Connect with customers to inform them about the receivable balance and request payment.
• Pro-actively report and discuss Receivables (and Overdue) Positions on (bi-)weekly basis with relevant Commercial Teams.
• Discuss and Prepare Payment Plans in line with ASICS EMEA Policies.
• Compile payments and handling allocation issues satisfactorily by working closely with the Cash Application Team.
• Perform quality month, quarter, and year-end closing activities on time for the Northwest region.
• Be compliant and follow the rules according to the principles of the credit policy.
• Improve the relationship with the customers and stakeholders.
• Perform clean-up actions on the debtor’s account and open items.
• Participate proactively in all process improvement projects and bring new ideas to the table.

More about you.

• Three years of relevant work experience in a similar position.
• Qualification in Business Administration or a comparable qualification.
• Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and written skills in English and Dutch.
