At Improven, as a Process Improvement Consultant, you will work on optimising customer processes.

Als Consultant Process Improvement heb je een brede blik op processen en inrichtingsvariabelen. Met jouw kennis en ervaring help je organisaties met het beheersen, verbeteren en vernieuwen van bedrijfsprocessen; het samenspel tussen mensen, systemen en organisatiestructuren. In onze dienstverlening maken we gebruik van methodieken en vakgebieden zoals Business Process Management, ketenmanagement, LeanSixSigma, digitalisering en robotisering, Dynamic Case Management en Business Modelling. Onze klanten zijn onder andere banken, verzekeraars, uitvoeringsorganisaties, gezondheidszorg en energie- en telecombedrijven.

De afdeling Process Improvement van Improven ondersteunt organisaties bij het vertalen van ambities naar concrete resultaten door het ontwerpen, inrichten en optimaliseren (digitaliseren) van processen. We onderscheiden ons door onze betrokken en pragmatische collega consultants en we zijn pas tevreden als het gewenste resultaat is behaald. Dit leidt voor de klant tot een verbeterde bedrijfsvoering, klantbediening en -beleving en control.

About working at Improven

Improven improves organisational performance by optimising processes and information provision. We do this from a Finance, IT and Risk perspective. We like to work intensively together, with Improven colleagues with diverse expertise, but of course also with the customer's people.

Is this you?

  • A completed Bachelor/Master's degree preferably in Business Economics or Business Administration, possibly supplemented by a relevant postgraduate course
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience preferably gained in a consultancy, a consulting firm or in a project-based environment
  • Knowledge of BPM, LeanSixSigma and digitalisation (robotisation is an advantage)
  • (SAFe)Agile, Prince 2 or Lean Six sigma certified
  • You are proactive, enthusiastic, customer- and result-oriented
  • Independent and grabs space to also take Improven to the next level
  • Guts, creativity, decisive and driven: you dare to advise customers
  • You speak and write excellent Dutch and English
