Job Description:

Overview:

Magnet.me is looking for an experienced Sales Team Lead to lead our business development team and our account management team. The Sales Team Lead will set the sales strategy and execution to achieve sales targets and mentor eight team members. As part of our growth plan, continuous adjustment of strategies and personal flexibility will be required to adapt to new opportunities and challenges. Furthermore, collaboration with our marketing and product department is important to drive further improvements to achieve further growth of Magnet.me. This role will report directly to the CEO of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies that support the company’s ambitious growth objectives.
  • Translate broader company strategies into actionable sales plans to guide the sales team.
  • Execute sales plan in order to realize sales targets

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring each member achieves their own targets while collectively driving team performance.
  • Coach and mentor the sales team to enhance skills and drive performance.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture that encourages communication and teamwork.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to effectively position our offerings in the market.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the executive team, sharing insights to support overall business growth.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing a sales team with multiple direct reports. Demonstrable success in achieving both personal and team targets.
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of realizing sales goals and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Ability to remain reliable and calm under pressure, navigating change with ease.

Nice to Haves:

  • Prior experience in a SaaS environment.
  • A network and/or affinity with the jobseeker market.
