Your Job

As the Organizational Development & People Insights Manager, you ensure that VodafoneZiggo remains in optimal shape to achieve its strategic goals. You identify opportunities for improvement in our operating model and implement them, enabling us to work more effectively and efficiently. Through workforce and organizational insights, you challenge the status quo and propose interventions that truly make a difference. You ensure that these improvements are widely embraced throughout the organization.

You work closely with our HR Business Partners and senior management to solve complex issues within the business. Additionally, you play a key role in our organizational transformations, ensuring that they run smoothly. As an ambassador of our data-driven approach, you are the one who ensures that we make faster and better-informed decisions, benefiting both the organization and our employees.
