The role:

We are looking for an organized and employee-focused People & Culture Consultant to support various People & Culture activities, focusing on onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement, HR systems, and benefits administration. This role will ensure a smooth experience for employees at every stage of their journey with us, helping to create an inclusive, supportive workplace.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a smooth start by coordinating paperwork, orientations, and introductions.
  • Support employee offboarding, including exit interviews, paperwork, and final system access management.
  • Organize team events and employee engagement activities that promote team spirit and a positive workplace culture.
  • Maintain accurate employee data and records in HR systems, ensuring all data is up to date and compliant.
  • Generate weekly reports on HR metrics, including attendance, turnover, and headcount.
  • Administer vacation tracking, responding to employee leave requests and ensuring accurate time-off tracking.
  • Handle benefits enrollment and assist employees with questions about their benefits, reimbursements, and claims.
  • Work closely with the Managing Director, Regional P&C team, and local Office Admin to ensure alignment on HR practices and processes, and support initiatives for a positive workplace culture.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR administration or employee experience roles.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel for reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine interest in employee well-being and engagement.
