About the job

Then apply now and join us as our new European QFS Performance Intern, in our Hoofddorp office, starting February / March 2025!

As our new EU QFS Performance Intern, you will work within the European QFS Team, as a regional position in between the Global Quality Team and CBU Quality Teams.

You will be responsible mainly for ensuring the monthly and quarterly European QFS performance reporting, and building improvements in EU specific dashboard of QFS performance:

  • Build the European QFS performance Monthly and Quarterly KPI reports (Based on consumer feedback and operational KPIs), consolidating countries results and delivering the European QFS OPS KPI Dashboard.
  • Analyzing data, interpreting KPI trends, identifying drifts, monitoring efficiency of European action plans in place to improve the performance
  • Accompanying CBUs and Plants teams to implement QFS KPI reporting rules into existing reporting tools
  • Analysing KPI performance system, propose and implement improvements
  • Follow up and resolve issues on existing QFS Performance tools for reporting
  • Working in interaction with different stakeholders and QFS teams (Global, EU, CBU, Plants)

About you

As our European QFS Performance Intern, you can analyse and work with data. Importantly, you are willing to co-build, work in a team and communicate with different stakeholders. On top of that, you are collaborative, have good relational skills, autonomous and proactive. Ideally, you have a background in food technology or business at Food Industry. Finally, you’re a curious person who’s always looking for opportunities to learn and develop.

There are also some compulsory requirements:

  • Enrolled as a Bachelors/Masters student during the whole internship period (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university);
  • Ideally available to start in February / March for a minimum of 6 months, 4-5 days per week;
  • You are fluent in English - oral and written;
  • You are able to work from the Hoofddorp office 2 times per week;
  • Please note that you are required to relocate to the Netherlands (if abroad) for this internship and get a BSN.

We Offer

We offer a gross monthly internship allowance 650 euros per month and a home working allowance/contribution towards travel. Please do keep in mind that we do not offer relocation and/or accommodation benefits for students coming from abroad.

* Please be aware that you must acquire a BSN number to receive the full internship allowance.
