This is what you bring

  • At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience as an SAP test consultant or manager
  • A good understanding of SAP S/4HANA and related technological trends with main focus on SAP Public and Private cloud and the BTP platform
  • Understanding of market driven testing software like Tricentis Tosca, HPALM, JIRA, Zephyr on JIRA etc
  • Completed an academic (Master's) degree, preferably (Technical) Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Management or similar education
  • A strong track record in the field of ERP implementation projects, where you demonstrably achieve results while keeping the interests of the customer and KPMG in mind
  • You like to contribute to our SAP services and are a real motivator
  • You are proficient in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing
  • The ability to effectively manage, motivate and coach a team
  • TMap certified is a plus

You can make testing within complex SAP solutions understandable for non-IT experts, such as business stakeholders.

What will you do in this position?

You are responsible for testing in all phases of the SAP implementation as advisor and to ensure a proper test execution. Your responsibility ranges from leading customer conversations around SAP testing and drawing up proposals as expert in our bid teams, to managing the actual testing in the SAP project as a Test Manager and ensuring the right use of test tooling. Furthermore, you act as an expert in the field test management in general and are a sparring partner for your colleagues in the team and to further professionalize our services and offering withing Test management in the SAP team.

Within the testing area you will be primarily responsible for:

  • Test Strategy & Design: Define the testing strategy for various stages of an SAP project with our clients. Organize test requirements (functional and non-functional), write test plans, and ensure progress management. Set clear phase entry and exit criteria, collaborate with relevant stakeholders to create testable systems, lead and guide user testing efforts in cycles like unit test, SIT, UAT and go-live smoke testing.
  • Automation & AI: Lead & support creation of test automation strategies and POCs on various software like Tricentis Tosca, HPALM, JIRA, Cloud ALM and test non-functional requirements.

You will work in multidisciplinary teams in which you realize improvements for national and international customers and thus directly deliver impact to various organizations.

You will be given control over testing area in various types of projects in various sectors in which S/4HANA Private and Public Cloud and related solutions are the main underlying IT solutions. Successful delivery of the testing efforts and the appropriate use of test tooling in our SAP projects is your responsibility.

Step 1. Your application

Have you applied? Then you will receive an invitation for the KPMG Talent Pitch immediately after your application. In the Talent Pitch, we not only get to know you, but you also get to know us better. We will also give you a tour of the world of KPMG. During the pitch, you will complete a personality questionnaire and take an aptitude test.

Step 2. The first interview

After completing the KPMG Talent Pitch, we will invite you for a first interview with a recruiter. In some cases, a colleague from the relevant department will also be present at the interview. This interview is a mutual introduction, where you also get the chance to ask all the questions you probably have.

Step 3. Follow-up interview

Did you have a positive conversation and are you still enthusiastic? If we also see a match, a second meeting will follow. In this second interview, we will delve deeper into the role and the substantive themes you will be dealing with. You may be asked to prepare a business case for the interview. Sometimes there is a final interview.

Step 4. Offer

Is there a match? Then we will make you an offer and hopefully you will start at KPMG soon. The offer will not only include your salary but also all our employment conditions, such as your pension, vacation days, and more! Do you agree with our offer? Step 5. Screening
