This role leads the Affiliate Channel at Crocs Europe and involves both direct affiliate management and management via an Agency of our core EU ROW markets – UK, DE, FR, NL. You will lead the continuous improvement of Crocs’ Affiliate strategy and day-to-day operations, developing your relationship with our Affiliate Marketing Agency, conduct commercial planning and reporting.

The Manager, Affiliates reports to the Senior Performance Marketing Manager. You’ll also be collaborating closely with the wider ROW Digital Marketing and eCommerce teams.

What You'll Do

Leadership:

  • Leading an external Affiliate marketing agency with a team of 3.
  • Ensuring there is a clear vision for Affiliate Marketing that aligns with Crocs business objectives.
  • Establishing and reviewing internal and external processes to ensure these align with delivering an outstanding affiliate program.
  • Ensuring the channel has a voice in wider marketing meetings, coordinating this across function with Merchandise, Ecomm & Onsite teams.

Performance & Strategy:

  • Responsible for driving revenue from the Affiliate Marketing Channel.
  • Leading external relationships with Agencies & Affiliate Partners.
  • Establishing a process for continuous improvement and testing across our Affiliate channel.
  • Research and maintain up-to-date knowledge on commerce, the affiliate landscape, and how this fits into the wider marketing ecosystem.

Campaign Planning & Briefing:

  • Lead quarterly budgeting and planning. Ensuring our Agency are accountable to budgets and performance.
  • Review and evolve review points & comms practice with regards to in-flight & budget planning.
  • Ensuring all key partners (finance and commercial leads) are aware of planned and actual spending.
  • Ensuring our agency partners are aware of monthly, quarterly, and annual business priorities.

Reporting & Evaluation:

  • Lead the channel evaluation process to deliver strong analysis, particularly focusing on quarter and Mega-Moment campaigns, generating insight that shapes future activity.
  • Work alongside Digital Analytics to evolve our measurement capabilities, ensuring that best practice Affiliate KPIs are front and centre.
  • Consistently challenge data and perceived performance to ensure our marketing efforts are driving maximum impact.

Operations:

  • Lead the Affiliate Marketing budget, ensuring all costs are planned and documented each month.
  • Have a view on the Value provided by external partners.
  • Cover internal team processes and functions, pertaining to the overall delivery of performance marketing & digital marketing.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent in Media or Marketing
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in e-commerce (ideally direct to consumer), strategy, innovation, or digital marketing.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ practical experience in the Affiliate Channel.
  • People management experience desirable but not required.
  • Strong technical proficiency, able to both instruct and complete technical work to a high standard.
  • Experience handling 6-7-figure+ Affiliate budgets in previous roles.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
