As the Client Success Associate at Menlo Coaching, you will work to support sales prospects as they transition from leads to active users of our products and services to satisfied members of the Menlo Coaching “alumni” network.

Your involvement in the customer journey starts at the beginning: as one of the first points of contact for our clients, you will help to screen and evaluate leads, run sales and introductory calls, field questions about our services, and in general, represent Menlo Coaching to the inquiring public.

After a prospect converts to a full client, you will continue to build and foster a working relationship, serving as a touchpoint during onboarding and other middle stages of the customer journey.

Finally, once a client has completed their working relationship with Menlo Coaching, you will work to drive customer loyalty and encourage future sales opportunities in the form of additional purchases, referrals, and client participation in marketing efforts.

As a Client Success Associate, your day might be spent:

  • Responding to our sales inquiries with written feedback, tracking and analyzing lead trends, and where possible, identifying new opportunities for lead generation
  • Speaking with sales leads on screening calls, describing our offerings, answering queries, and moving prospects through the sales process by connecting them with the appropriate member of our team
  • Working to develop creative solutions for our sales pipeline and marketing endeavors
  • Onboarding new clients and handling orientation and onboarding tasks
  • Meeting with clients at various stages of the customer journey to ensure quality standards are being met and to identify potential improvements to our service delivery
  • Conducting market research into our competitors
  • Surveying current, former, and prospective clients, analyzing their feedback, and making actionable recommendations based on your findings
  • Collaborating interdepartmentally with operational, marketing, and consulting colleagues on a range of projects

Instead, the primary “must-haves” for this position are:

  • A university degree and fluent or native written and spoken English. (Most of our clients are American.)
  • 2+ years of client-facing experience in a sales, support, or client success capacity
  • Demonstrable ability to build and leverage relationships with clients and business partners
  • Experience navigating difficult sales and client situations and a track record for problem resolution
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales data
  • A personable, engaged, and animated presence
  • The drive of a self-starter, and eagerness to take on the opportunities within your role

This fulfilling, full-time position is based out of our Baarn, NL office – just a 40-minute train ride from Amsterdam Centraal Station – where you’ll work in person as a key part of our small team.
