Our mission is to make every aspect of the travel journey smoother, more personalized, and more complete for our travelers. • Build the habit of generating diverse, novel, workable concepts, and use different methods to identify ideas with the most potential.
  • Gain experience in facilitating idea generation with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrate solid understanding of common visual and interaction design principles and practice, and create appropriate sketches, wireframes, flows, design comps, and prototypes with guidance.
  • Help coordinate stakeholder input and collaboration efforts.
  • Learn to consider customer experiences more broadly by default and understand how to push on constraints to align structure, process, and technology.
  • Use design systems effectively and appropriately with some guidance and understand differences and similarities between design systems/platforms.
  • Create routine, informative communication materials explaining design thinking and decision-making rationale to team members and stakeholders.
  • Collect, process, and act on design feedback constructively.
  • Consider the audience's specific needs.
  • Follow standard design and research processes and best practices under guidance.
  • Design explorations and solutions focused on customer needs, wants, and problems.
  • Value and apply existing customer insights from research to guide design decisions.
Who you are:
  • Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience; Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience or related Design field or relevant experience is applicable.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience as a UX/UI designer, ideally across both web and mobile platforms.
  • Exceptional visual design skills with a keen eye for detail. Highly efficient, organized, and able to work seamlessly in an agile environment.
  • Solid understanding of core design principles, user-centered design methodologies, responsive design, and a mobile-first approach.
  • Proven ability to tackle complex problems strategically, delivering innovative and user-focused solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently present and defend design decisions.
  • Ownership of project timelines, with the ability to accurately estimate time required for tasks and proactively communicate any timeline adjustments.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively and communicate ideas clearly.
