Your Mission, Should You Choose To Accept It…

As the Product & Experience Intern at The Social Hub, you are part of the global experience hub team. You will support the different Product & Experience Managers with the development of the product books, roadmaps, and roll-out of new initiatives for the stay & connect experiences. You’ll play a vital role in the improvement of our guest experiences, and be working with other teams across the business, and nevertheless, you’ll get one main project that will be fully yours. We are looking for someone to join our Amsterdam team for at least 5-6 months starting in February 2025.

What You'll Do

  • Support the Product & Experience Manager in the development of the product books
  • Collaborating with other teams across the business on key projects
  • Assisting in the development of documentation and training materials
  • Take responsibility for one key project that you will own; for example, to update our room positioning in the digital space
  • You will support product development through customer, competitor and market research
  • You will assist with product launches, pilots, and new initiative roll-outs
  • Have fun doing all of this!

Who You Are

  • You are a strategic thinker who excels in day-to- day tasks.
  • You are fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • You have good communication and collaboration skills
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to think creatively and critically
  • You study marketing or business-related fields with a passion for hospitality
  • You have a positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to take initiative
  • You're currently enrolled in a European University
