Are you our new Learning Program Manager for Leadership Development who will champion innovative learning solutions to accelerate talent and leadership growth within our organization?

What will you be doing?

As a Program Manager for Leadership Development, you will play a central role in driving our Talent & Leadership initiatives. You will lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of high-impact learning programs that strengthen leadership capabilities across the organization. In close collaboration with Global HR Business Partners, you will align our leadership programs with strategic organizational goals and the latest industry best practices, fostering a strong pipeline of high-potential leaders.

Your role involves extensive collaboration with both internal stakeholders and external partners to bring innovative, high-quality learning experiences to our global workforce. Partnering with key stakeholders and subject matter experts, you will define learning objectives, shape project scopes, and set success metrics, crafting leadership programs that directly address critical organizational needs.

In this role, you will apply the 70:20:10 learning model, leveraging blended approaches that maximize the impact of learning experiences. You will also lead large-scale training sessions and manage the Academy’s leadership curriculum, ensuring it remains responsive to evolving organizational and market demands while effectively managing resources and budget.

Your responsibilities

  • Collaborate with HR and SMEs to assess leadership development needs, defining clear objectives, scope, and success metrics.
  • Regularly update the Leadership Development Academy curriculum to incorporate best practices and evolving leadership insights.
  • Create data-driven, 70:20:10-aligned learning solutions and facilitate high-impact leadership sessions as needed.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of leadership programs, from planning and rollout to evaluation, ensuring global stakeholder engagement.
  • Use feedback and metrics to enhance program impact and align with organizational goals.
  • Maintain a network of quality suppliers and ensure strategic, cost-effective budget use.

What do we ask from you?

  • Master's degree in Learning and Development, Educational Science, I&O Psychology, or Human Resource Management/Development, with solid knowledge of learning technologies.
  • 10+ years of experience in organizational learning and leadership development in complex, technical, and multinational contexts.
  • Strategic, systems-oriented thinker with expertise in LMS/LXP ecosystems, ideally with experience in Workday.
  • Strong influencing and communication skills for high-level stakeholder management.
  • Fluent in English at a native level, with high cultural intelligence.
  • Assertive, proactive, and results-driven, with the ability to work effectively across diverse cultures.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (about 30%).

This position offers a competitive salary range of 4.600,00 EUR to 6.200,00 EUR gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance). Through exceeding performance expectations, you even have the possibility to grow outside this scale.
