Job Description

Job Mission: As a Subject Matter Expert in Life Sciences, you will contribute to a highly efficient logistics operation that meets customer needs with a commitment to quality. You will manage warehouse operations and drive process improvements, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations, including storage, shipping, and receiving, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Conduct root-cause analysis on complex issues and implement preventive actions.
• Monitor and optimize workflows using the PDCA cycle to meet performance targets.
• Lead process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Act as an ERP system superuser and provide support for IT-related projects.
• Participate in new projects, assessing timelines, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure system efficiency.
• Support quality control by creating work instructions and streamlining processes for optimization.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Warehousing, Logistics, or Supply Chain or in a similar field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in logistics, warehousing, and distribution management or in a similar field.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, including ERP systems (SAP, Oracle preferred).
• Lean Six Sigma certification and experience in the Medical Devices industry (ISO13485) are a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
