Your Job
As a MarTech specialist, you are part of the MarTech team within the CoE CS&DA (Commercial Strategy & Digital Acceleration). You will be responsible for the technical management of the MarTech tooling and ensuring the tooling is optimally used by your stakeholders. Your initial focus will be on the VodafoneZiggo app and the hollandsnieuwe app. You’ll work together with the business teams to agree on the backlog with the end goal of optimising the CX and commercial results of our apps.

What you bring to the job
You’ll be working together with the business teams, to determine the priority of the backlog with the goal of optimising the CX and commercial results of our apps. Some key activities will be making sure we track user behaviour towards GA4, build customer profiles in our CDP, and ensure all of this is done respectfully of legislation.
Implement and maintain MarTech tooling in our apps
- Our most important MarTech tooling: Digital Analytics (GA4), Data Management Platform (BlueConic), Customer Decisioning Hub (Pega), Experimentation tooling, Feedback tooling & 3rd party marketing
- Brief, test & validate technical implementations by development teams
- Educate, inspire & motivate business users on the usage and possibilities of the MarTech tooling
- Provide a solid data foundation of app data for marketers, analysts & data scientists to use (data quality, documentation, ease-of-use)
- In-depth app analyses

These are the skills you bring:

- 2+ years of experience with GA4 implementation in app (preferably react native)
- Experience with implementation of CRO testing framework in app
