What’s in it for you?

Aside from what we ask of you in this role, we also have a great deal to offer you: plenty of growth opportunities and various cross-brand career options; flexible working hours; a hybrid working model (we ask you to spend at least 50% of your working time at the office); and the chance to drive meaningful change on a global scale. You can look forward to a good work-life balance, and the chance to work in an inclusive environment that wholeheartedly encourages growth and welcomes you just the way you are.

In addition:
  • A gross annual salary of €95.000 to €110.000, based on experience, based on full-time employment.

  • A first-rate pension plan.
  • 20 vacation days and the option to buy an additional 12.5 days from your personal ‘flex budget’.
  • Travel expenses or an NS travel card.
  • A laptop and smartphone.
We think you’ll be best geared for success if you meet the following requirements:
  • At least 10 years’ experience in a similar HR Business Partnering role within an IT or Tech company.
  • You preferably bring experience within an international matrix organization.
  • Experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Analytical mindset/Strategic thinker.
  • Hands-on mentality and not afraid to roll up the sleeves yourself.

Aside from these hard skills, we think you should also bring some much-valued soft skills to the table: an entrepreneurial mindset, outspoken communication skills, and a proactive approach. In addition to these, a high level of creativity, empathy, and enthusiasm will take you far. In this role, you will both need to have a strategic mindset as well as the energy to get things going and execute initiatives yourself, in the business.
