The Internship Opportunity

We are looking for an intern as part of our Global Refreshment Marketing team. This team exists to manage our global brands (such as Smint) and define product innovation roadmaps, leverage global brand communication platforms, coordinate new product development, and much more. In particular, we are looking for an intern who will support and assist the Powermints (Smint, Frisk) marketing team in various brand projects and initiatives, as well as day-to-day administrative tasks.

• Support in writing briefings for concept development and communication development
• Support in regulatory assessments
• Support in making overviews and updates for the powermints booster project in Asia
• Sharing samples and collecting feedback

• Support in collecting and summarizing insights
• Support in analyzing category and brand data
• Support in presenting information in an appealing way according to pre-set templates

What Team Will You Be a Part Of?

You will be part of our Refreshment Marketing team, consisting of three teams: Mentos Gum, Mentos Candy, and Powermints. Your team (the Powermints team) consists of three people. You will report to our Brand Manager.

What Are We Looking For

• You are looking for a ‘Meewerkstage’ (work-internship) for at least 20 weeks at a Dutch HBO/University.
• You currently study Marketing, Communications, or anything related
• You have strong English skills as this is the main language in our business
• You are eager and proactive: you approach people easily, are eager to pick up work and new projects for your development, and you are not afraid to ask for help when needed
• You have an affinity with numbers & analytics
• You want to learn more about project management
