This is what your fresh start as Regional Sales Manager will look like:

As Regional Field Sales Manager you will be part of the Sales BE department, part of our commercial organization in the Benelux. The department includes Key Account Managers, Sales Support, a Field Sales Manager, Regional Field Sales Managers, Sales Promoters, and Rackjobbers. You will report to the Field Sales Manager. As Regional Field Sales Manager you will be the inspirational leader for your Flemish team and drive them constantly to the next level. You will develop the specific needs of your team members and reinforce their strengths by using a tailored approach.

Your core tasks in a nutshell:

  • You will challenge your team to use all available data and coach them in daily use of it in order to increase their performance.
  • You will support in developing and implementing the current strategic vision.
  • You will be responsible for data analysis from the Belgian field force and be the SPOC for reporting. Therefore you need to be in the office in Breda (every Tuesday).
  • You will be responsible for achieving sales and distribution targets in supermarkets and convenience channels.
You will be responsible for optimizing our client network.

The ideal recipe for our Regional Field Sales Manager:

  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Marketing or Sales.
  • Proven track record with at least 2 years of People Leadership Experience.
  • Proven supervisory skills.
  • High level of empathy and shows ambition.
  • Native Dutch speaking and a good knowledge of French.
  • Strong experience in negotiating with the ability to build strong powerful customer relationships.
  • Strong ability to effectively communicate with others to help make decisions when issues arise, ensuring the best interests of both the client and company are met.
  • Strong ability to demonstrate a clear vision with the ability to effectively support and grow existing accounts, managing and developing existing relationships to mutual benefit.
  • Driven to attain revenue/performance growth goals by staying customer-focused.
  • Confident and process driven with a proven track record in problem solving.
  • Preferably living in the region of Antwerp and/or max 1 hour from Breda.
