Our Wella Key Account Managers have overall responsibility for business growth within their territory of 40-60 Key Accounts (£1.5-2MM territory turnover). Success will be achieved through taking a business consultative approach with our salon partners to grow their business leveraging our portfolio of products and services to delight their customers (visiting on average 2-3 Key Accounts per day).
You hold yourself accountable for the success of your territory – even when not everything is under your control; intensively driven & tenacious, determined to get over the obstacles in the path of what need to do; Act as an owner, as if it was your name on the door, as if it was your money being spent and your reputation on the line.
