Your Role:

As a Supply Chain Planner, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth operation of our supply chain – from forecasting demand and supply planning to the final delivery. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Supply Chain and supporting the Supply Chain Managers, you will:

  • Oversee the entire supply chain planning and execution process for clinical and commercial drug supplies.
  • Facilitate planning cycles, create scenarios, and monitor plan execution through comprehensive reporting and analytics.
  • Maintain a forecast model for all assets, providing standard and ad-hoc analytics and reports to facilitate demand/supply reviews with relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor daily inventory positions and shipping activities across the supply network, initiating corrective actions as required.
  • Project manage specific improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing supply chain planning capabilities.
  • Support monthly demand & supply planning cycles, long-range planning (LRP), budget cycles, and ad-hoc scenario planning in support of clinical development and future commercialization plans.

Your Profile:

We are looking for a proactive and process-oriented individual with a strong background in supply chain management, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry. Your analytical skills and ability to manage complex logistics will be critical to your success in this role.

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Supply Chain Planner, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong competence in supply chain management tools and processes, with a keen ability to provide insights and forecasts that aid in decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team, driving initiatives with a proactive and committed approach.
