Senior Supply Chain Manager Opportunity

Join us as a Senior Supply Chain Manager in either Amsterdam or London. Your role will be instrumental in driving our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) targets by efficiently managing E-waste lifecycle and optimizing supply chain processes. Ensure sustainable practices, minimize environmental impact, promote responsible resource management, and foster ethical partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate logistics efforts among E-waste suppliers, refurbishment partners, and buying customers.
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with the company’s vision and business unit goals.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with diverse stakeholder groups, including international customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Coordinate with sales teams, Liberty Global Affiliates, clients, and partners to enhance performance and meet revenue targets.
  • Oversee procurement activities, legal frameworks, and contract management with partners, OEMs, and buyers.
  • Execute effective communication towards business stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support efforts to reduce carbon emissions by promoting the reutilization of technology and representing Re-Think during events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree or certifications preferred.
  • Several years of experience in supply chain or logistics management, preferably in a senior role within the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, logistics coordination, and inventory management.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to work effectively across varied markets and nationalities.
  • Proven ability to develop strategic solutions that drive business performance.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and logistics software.
  • Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong project management skills to effectively manage multiple initiatives and prioritize tasks.
  • Knowledge of current sustainability practices and integration with business strategies.
