As a Merchandising Operations Assistant Manager, you will provide the eCom Buying, Planning, and Trading (BPT) team with support in various processes for European eCom markets. This includes managing inventory position, in-season management, master data health, and other topics related to supply, stock transfer, delivery, and overall availability. The role also focuses on managing the Product Personalization business, from sample ordering to launching personalized articles and ongoing reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and manage the Personalization business to ensure this premium service is delivered to consumers effectively across the broadest range and markets possible.
- Act as point of contact for the Personalization business for different stakeholders, including teams in DC, suppliers of material, global digital teams, and relevant teams in the Brand/BU.
- Provide ongoing reporting for the Personalization business, including insights and ad-hoc analysis to influence and support key milestones from a buying and planning perspective.
- Act as a trader for the Personalization business, monitoring in-season performance and owning a budget for pre-seasonal orders and in-season reorders for related material.
- Support the overall Merchandising Operations Team and its supervisor by providing ongoing analysis & reporting about range status & outlook, product cycle, inventory management, personalization business, merchandise financial planning, and general operational activities.
- Support the overall BPT organization in maintaining transparency around supply, order status, delivery into distribution centers, and stock transfers, with a focus on the elevated assortment for 2024.
- Ensure the accuracy and recency of key seasonal range files in line with various digital systems that allow products to be ranged and launched online.
- Track and report on key KPIs for products and launches to highlight opportunities and risks, such as On Time Availability, Launch Inventory, etc.
- Align with key stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient launches.
- Conduct key analyses on the responsibilities mentioned above, such as merchandise planning and deliverables.
- Support the team on regular activities, including omnichannel stock movements, stock transfers monitoring, availability checks in key Product Info systems for eCom, and campaign and fast seller tracking.
- Contribute to major horizontal transformational projects for eCom, especially from the perspective of the Personalization business.

Requisite Education / Minimum Qualifications
- University Degree (Economics preferred)
- 1-3 years of work experience
