As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for everything from product marketing to pricing, distribution, and product strategy. You know how to stand out in both online and offline promotions at the right time. With your great power of persuasion, you know how to get people on board.

Reach your full potential as a Brand Manager

As a Brand Manager, you are responsible for devising and executing the product portfolio strategy and vision for various cosmetics brands within the Benelux.

A few examples of your Brand Manager tasks include:

  • Creating and leading the annual marketing plan and retailer development, while developing strategies for retailer growth and engagement
  • Managing and taking full ownership of monthly and annual A&P budgets, and ensuring effective allocation of resources in relation to sell-in
  • Performing monthly analyses of purchasing data at the brand and retailer levels. This data is used to gain insights and adjust strategies for optimal performance
  • Maintaining a close relationship with Product Development, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment and execution of brand strategies. Additionally, you foster strong relationships with key retailers and partners
  • You stay updated on industry trends and consumer behaviour. These insights are used to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities

As an expert, you are always up to date on the latest trends and developments in terms of market share, pricing, distribution, competition, etc.

This is you

Besides your entrepreneurial and commercial mindset, you have strong analytical skills and are decisive. Due to your international work experience, you have a global perspective. You are able to convince and motivate others, are result-oriented, and work in a structured manner.

You

  • Have a bachelor’s degree in International Business or Marketing
  • Have at least two years of successful professional experience in beauty cosmetics
  • Have an excellent command of both written and spoken Dutch and English
  • Preferably have a command of a third language, such as Spanish or French
  • Possess advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint

  • A maximum salary of up to €4500,- in line with your experience, plus a yearly fixed Christmas bonus and a performance dependent bonus
  • Initially, a one-year contract with the prospect of permanent employment
  • 25 vacation days, with the possibility to purchase additional days
  • A travel allowance of up to 75 km on single trip travel when working at the office, or an allowance if you’re working remotely (from home)
