What’s Important for You as a Commercial Project Management Intern:
General:
Always wanted to learn how new products and product changes are managed throughout an organization and gain understanding on multiple disciplinaries?
Then Commercialization is THE team to join for a Commercial Project Management internship!
Commercialization as a Function:
- Team responsible for innovation and change management, with an artwork specialist and 8 project managers focusing on Beverages as well as Foods and the different brands within, located in Frankfurt, Utrecht, and Zaventem
- Together with cross-functional teams, project managers lead NPD (new product development) and change projects end to end, leading the project team and applying the 3 lenses of consumer desirability, operational feasibility, and financial viability, using our internal process as coordination
- Example NPD and change projects are: launching a new Doritos flavour, reformulation of our Pepsi products using less sugar, moving over to a new type of more sustainable boxes
- Is part of the broader PepsiCo Marketing organization and connects with many different colleagues in various departments in PepsiCo (e.g., Marketing, Research & Development, Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory Affairs, Category Management)
Your Assignment:
- You’ll be assigned to the Foods category and one of the Commercialization project managers will be your manager
- You’ll be an integral part of the team, responsible for less complex change project(s) such as an artwork change and supporting your manager in the project management for his or her brands.

Job Essentials:
- University education – preferably in the area of Marketing, Supply Chain, (International) Business, Industrial Design. Affinity with FMCG & Project Management, plus a broad level of interest on how the business operates overall.
- Hands-on mentality & willing to act as owner– acting result oriented and driving decisions
- Communication skills to interact with different people profiles and take people with you
- Fluent in English, both written and orally
