YOUR MISSION

This role is hybrid in our office in Amsterdam.

Amberscript Group is growing rapidly, and we are seeking an entrepreneurial-minded Junior Project Manager to help take our business to the next level. In this role, you will be responsible of overseeing the entire process, from establishing workflows and guidelines to sourcing and onboarding freelancers, building a community, and communicating with our customers. You will manage projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed within scope and on time, for our French clients.

You will be working closely with our Operations Manager, overseeing and coordinating daily tasks. Moreover you will be in constant contact with our Sales, Product and Engineering team to have the right system and features in place to leverage technology and AI where we can. In sum, a very diverse and challenging and entrepreneurial role in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE

  • Project Management from A to Z - from incoming customer requests up until delivery & aftercare.
  • Set up the end-to-end workflows, ensuring that we can source, test & onboard freelancers so we can guarantee quality and on-time delivery to our customers.
  • Build a strong community, by creating training materials, hosting webinars, and implementing other initiatives to keep them engaged.
  • Collaborate with our Operations team on day-to-day tasks.
  • Continuous process improvement and quality optimization.
  • Maintain excellent relationships between customers and our community of freelancers.
  • Accountable for KPIs, such as: First Acceptance Rate (FAR) and Turnaround Times (in days).

YOUR PROFILE

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree
  • >2 years of experience, preferably in an entrepreneurial and project management role
  • Native level of French
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • In-depth knowledge of the Media Industry and our offerings (subtitles, dubbing & audio description) is a plus
  • Autonomy, strong team spirit and proactive attitude
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and detailed-oriented mindset
