Your Role as a (Junior) Service Project Manager – Warehouse

Together with your team, you will be responsible for our RMR projects (Retrofit, Modifications, and Revisions) at our customers’ existing sites. Overall, the average project value varies from 275k and in some cases even up to 5m. Each project manager manages 5-15 projects simultaneously.

In this role, you are taking care of the full project execution while cooperating closely with our customers and your team. Every project is like performing an open-heart surgery on a customer’s system. Your honesty and understanding guide you along the way on our customer site. Furthermore, your creativity, flexibility, and commitment to achieving customer satisfaction will encourage you to complete every project successfully.

Further Responsibilities in This Role

  • Responsible for end-to-end Project Execution; starting with the creation of plans, maintaining them, and implementation at the customer site.
  • Actively identifying and acting on risks and new opportunities.
  • Establishing interpersonal relationships with stakeholders:
  • Acting as the main contact point for customers and internal departments.
  • Ensuring health, safety, and environmental standards are met at the customer site.
  • Supporting the further development of the service project management department.
  • Travel 20% to customer sites and suppliers, mostly within the Benelux.

A salary varying between € 4.000 to € 5.000 gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance).

Who We Are Looking For in a Service Project Manager

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical or business direction or similar work experience.
  • Ability to connect easily with people and build strong interpersonal relationships with your team and involved stakeholders.
  • You take end-to-end project responsibility.
  • You are great at multitasking and keeping the overview.
  • You know how to motivate others in your team and in the business.
  • Proficiency in (business) English, with Dutch being a preference.
  • A valid driver’s license (B) and access to a vehicle.
