Straco, an independent investment group with offices in Belgium and the Netherlands, is seeking a Private Equity Intern to join our growing team in Amsterdam.

📊 Private Equity focus:

• Investments in companies with EBITDA of €10-75 million
• Focus on majority or influential minority stakes
• Sector focus includes Industrials, Business Services, Healthcare and Tech-enabled businesses
• No pre-defined exit horizon, prioritizing sustainable development over short-term gains

🔍 What we’re looking for:

• Strong academic track record and analytical abilities
• A Dutch native speaker with excellent communication skills and fluency in English
• Highly motivated, ambitious, and a true team player
• A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Any relevant experience(M&A, Consulting, PE) is an advantage
• Available between 3 and 6 months

💼 Your responsibilities:

• Analyze investment opportunities, including valuation and financial modeling
• Conduct market analysis and support transaction execution
• Work with management on growing and managing our portfolio companies
