Position Summary

Be part of the European Packaging team, with the exciting role of working on packaging for all the 17th European factories.

The location is San Giorgio in Bosco, one of the biggest factory of the zone with the production of all the packaging range (glass, pet and cans).

The team is responsible of the industrialization of the new packaging and work in strict contact w NPTC for Innovation projects.

Within the team you will support the following projects: packaging material harmonization and standardization, introduction of sustainable materials, cost optimization, packaging adaptation to new regulation, packaging and process optimization, new suppliers homologations, new packaging/technologies industrialization

A day in the life of...

The team provides expertise and support to the factories in line with Zone EUR and Business priorities:

  • Support packaging Innovation and Renovation projects, from the development brief till the launch, learning how to:
    • Test, Validate and industrialize new packaging
    • Issue related report and technical documentation
  • Collaborate to develop and industrialize glass bottles, metal caps as well related secondary & tertiary packaging
  • Get familiar with industrial related processes (i.e. capping) and understand how to provide expert support
  • Learn packaging project management activities and how to deliver new packaging in compliance to timing, cost, regulatory requirement, industrial line processes and Nestlé standards
  • Support preparation of technical specification
