What will you do as an executive assistant?

This speaks for itself: our brand-new executive assistant will be entrusted with supporting the TOPdesk executive leadership team in their work. This includes organizing agendas, planning travel to our eleven offices around the world, and handling confidential information with the utmost respect and discretion. You will also play a key role in preparing board meetings, taking detailed notes, and ensuring that the right person picks up their to-do’s.

The executive leadership team you will support consists of the CEO and five board members. Since July of this year, each has taken responsibility for their specific domain: Operations, Revenue, Finance, Customers and Product & Technology.
