Located in Amsterdam, restaurant Bridges offers a blend of classic French cuisine with international influences, led by Executive Chef Raoul Meuwese. Known for his emphasis on sustainably sourced fish and seasonal local ingredients, Chef Meuwese creates dishes that reflect both tradition and innovation. Guests can choose from a refined five-, six-, or seven-course Menu du Chef or explore à la carte options, all paired with carefully selected wines by the Wine Director. The hospitality at Bridges, overseen by maître Daan Halle and his team, ensures a warm and inviting dining experience that seamlessly combines exceptional gastronomy with accessible charm in the heart of the city. During your operational internship at restaurant Bridges, you'll gain hands-on experience in restaurant operations and hospitality. Under the guidance of maître Daan Halle, you'll master fine dining service and customer satisfaction. This internship will develop your skills in delivering exceptional guest experiences, teamwork, and efficiency, preparing you for a career in hospitality with a focus on excellence and innovation.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a hospitality management study.
• Work in an accurate manner with attention to detail.
• You speak English on a business level.

Our team is young and full of passion and motivation. The Grand highly values personal and professional growth; therefore, we have a full-time trainings manager who contributes to your development. Not only during, but also after your internship, we see possibilities and career opportunities. You also have the possibility to do various cross trainings in different departments to broaden your hotel knowledge.

The internship allowance is €600 gross per month, based on 38 hours per week. Besides this, you also have the possibility to receive travel allowance. Every day you can enjoy a meal (for free) in our staff canteen.
