Your Job

As an Insights Analyst in the Performance Improvement department at VodafoneZiggo, we work together with our colleagues to ensure that our customers experience the ultimate connection with our fantastic network. We aim to do this as effectively and efficiently as possible. Sharp analyses and in-depth advice are indispensable for this, both beforehand, afterward, and proactively. In your role as an Insights Analyst, you guarantee the analyses and advice. One moment, you are diving into the operational performance of the teams working on the network. The next moment, your machine learning model ensures that we make an adjustment to the network just in time, allowing the customer to enjoy their internet connection without interruption.

What You Bring to the Job

• Analyzing and advising on the performance and quality of operations, both proactively and on request. Do you see improvements and/or optimizations? Then you incorporate these into advice for management, the organization, and/or the relevant colleagues within Installation & Maintenance.
• Searching for and finding explanations and causes for operational performance. You then make these clear and understandable for all relevant stakeholders.
• Identifying trends and ensuring that the right person within your own or another department follows up on them.
• You are innovative and create surprising models that use AI and machine learning to drive operations.

Requirements:

• Knowledge at academic level
• Relevant experience with customer data and related analytics
• Some experience with data consultancy
• Some experience with SQL and/or Microsoft Access or Python
• Experience in setting up dashboards and understanding data access
• Fluent in Dutch and English
