Step into the role of an AI Security Engineer where you'll spearhead the evolution of our digital landscape, driving innovation and excellence. In this role, you will develop, implement, and maintain solutions that support the safeguarding of the bank's systems and sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities

The role will focus on:

• Machine Learning (ML) and AI Expertise: including knowledge of LLMS, GANS, Transformers, and adversarial attacks like model inversion.
• Understanding of GenAI-Specific Risks: such as recognizing the unique vulnerabilities like prompt injection and jailbreaking.
• Threat Modelling and Risk Analysis: identifying potential attack vectors in GenAI systems.
• Incident Response: such as detecting adversarial attacks or misuse of generated content with GenAI.
• Cloud Security: securing AI workloads on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) involving encryption, secure key management, and robust access controls.

Required Experience

To be successful in this role, you should have experience with:

• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, data processing, and AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools and technologies (e.g., firewalls, SIEM, IDS/IPS, encryption).
• Experience with threat modelling, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments in AI environments.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
• Familiarity with secure software development practices (e.g., OWASP, DevSecOps).
• Experience in cloud security and securing AI workloads on platforms such as AWS or Azure.

Purpose of the Role

To develop, implement, and maintain solutions that support the safeguarding of the bank's systems and sensitive information.

Accountabilities

• Provision of subject matter expertise on security systems and engineering patterns.
• Development and implementation of protocols, algorithms, and software applications to protect sensitive data and systems.
• Management and protection of secrets, ensuring that they are securely generated, stored, and used.
• Execution of audits to monitor, identify, and assess vulnerabilities in the bank's infrastructure/software and support the response to potential security breaches.
• Identification of advancements to support the innovation and adoption of new cryptographic technologies and techniques.
• Collaboration across the bank, including developers and security teams, to ensure that cryptographic solutions align with business objectives, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Development, implementation, and maintenance of Identity and Access Management solutions and systems.
