During an initial period of training/induction (3 months) you will be based in the Watford offices every day after which the role operates on a hybrid system with remote working for part of the week. Our hybrid policy also lets you work from a location anywhere in the world for up to 20 days a year.

About the role
Our Revenue Management Consolidated Centre is responsible for revenue management for 350+ hotels across the UK & Ireland and Europe, offering them world-class revenue management talent and tools.
- You’ll be responsible for maximising revenue, market share, and profits for multiple hotels through the strategic coordination of revenue management processes and procedures.
- With a diverse portfolio, you’ll get to work across different markets, hotels, and countries.
- Your role will be instrumental in shaping the commercial strategy of your portfolio – helping to deliver Hilton’s mission to be the preeminent global hospitality company.
Your profile
- Proven experience within commercial revenue management.
- Experienced in leading commercial meetings on issues such as booking pace, performance analysis, and SMART action planning.
- Excellent competencies in Leadership, Planning and Organising, and Influencing.
- Excellent communication skills – fluent in verbal and written English.
- Advanced Excel and strong numeracy and analytical skills.
- Able to articulate and introduce change effectively.
- Demonstrable soft skills, including active listening to build trust, instil confidence, and empower others.
- Resilient, motivated, self-organised, and works well under time constraints while balancing tasks and priorities.
- Able to travel occasionally.
