Key Responsibilities

Customer Fulfilment (CFF) plays a crucial role in making IKEA multichannel retailing a reality, providing seamless shopping experiences with great quality across all touchpoints. As a member of the store management team, you'll steer the store towards growth and sustainable profitability by:

  • Leading, coaching, developing, and inspiring a high-performing fulfilment team within the market, working closely with the Commercial team and Market Management team.
  • Securing high customer and co-worker satisfaction at the lowest possible cost within an omnichannel scope for good availability, sustainability, and customer order fulfilment.
  • Ensuring excellence in fulfilment operations with a focus on retail foundation, service execution, quality, and productivity improvements as well as cost optimization.
  • Creating a safe and secure working environment, ensuring compliance with relevant Standard Operating Procedures through the implementation of new operational processes, technologies, and ways of working.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • University degree in Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or relevant experience and proven performance in logistics/commercial/supply chain management.
  • 3-5 years of working experience in a management position, preferably in distribution, retail, logistics, or similar fields.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand budgets, costs, and key performance measurements used to plan, follow up, and steer the business, along with a proven record of meeting agreed budgets and goals.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal. German skills are a plus.
