BAE Systems offers a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements. During our Graduate programme, it is typically required to attend the site 3-4 days per week. These arrangements, including which days you are required onsite, will be outlined by your line manager.

Your work will support both the UK Ministry of Defence (MOD) and our international customers in receiving the operational capabilities they require.
As a minimum, you’ll need to have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2.2 in your Bachelor's or Master’s degree in any subject.
