As a Commercial Manager, you will work closely with the commercial leadership (i.e., CCO and Head of Sourcing & Supply) to develop and establish key offtake agreements for both our own production facilities, which are under development, as well as third-party projects. Developing offtake agreements for both SAF and renewable co-products is key in delivering successful projects across the globe and contributing to the success of SkyNRG. You’ll be part of the full deal cycle, from origination and business development to signing the final deal.

Your ability to structure complex and multi-stakeholder deal processes is crucial to developing successful agreements. Alongside the day-to-day project management responsibility, you’ll be developing commercial analyses and translating them into compelling presentations to drive negotiations. Building relationships and managing both internal and external stakeholders is crucial to streamline the process and drive progress. The role also demands combining your commercial acumen and strategic thinking to foster the deal process.

Your Profile

We are seeking candidates with a Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Law, or any other relevant degree, and 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably within consulting, investment banking, or a commercial environment with complex and high-value structures. You should be very comfortable with both Excel and PowerPoint while being a natural project and stakeholder manager.

Key Qualifications Include:

• A Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Law, or any other relevant field
• 3-5 years of experience in strategy consulting, finance, or a highly complex commercial environment
• Strong process and project management skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in developing Excel-based models and PowerPoint presentations
